Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

Possible returns will occur according to the following rules:

  1. Repentance: the deadline for requesting a full refund of the amount paid is up to 7 (seven) calendar days after purchase, provided that the request is submitted 5 (five) days before the event;

  2. Without justification: if a refund is requested up to 30 (thirty) days before the event, 50% (fifty percent) of the amount paid for registration will be refunded;

  3. For health problems (upon proof): only requests made up to 5 (five) days before the event will be accepted and the refund will be 80% (eighty percent) of the amount paid for registration;

  4. Duplicate payment: only requests made up to 5 (five) days before the event will be accepted, with a refund of the full amount paid in duplicate.

Attention:

  • Cancellation, return and refund requests will be analyzed within 10 (ten) business days from receipt of the request.

  • For security reasons, refunds can only be requested by the order holder; this option is only available when logging in with the email address used in the purchase process.

  • Partial refunds are not available. Therefore, if there is more than one registration in the order, the entire purchase will be canceled and all tickets in the same order will be refunded.

  • Congress participants who pay their registration fee and subsequently receive laboratory sponsorship or any other courtesy will be subject to the “without justification” refund rule, that is, a refund of 50% (fifty percent) of the registration fee, provided that the request is made before 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the event.

  • There will be no refund of amounts paid for other reasons or within deadlines other than those specified on this page.


The registration fee will be refunded as follows:

  1. For purchases paid by credit card: the card issuer will be notified and the refund will be made on the next or subsequent bill, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used for the purchase. The refund period and the collection of the remaining installments after the full refund of the product value to the customer's credit card are the responsibility of the credit card issuer;

  2. For purchases paid with bank slip and PIX: the refund will be made via bank transfer.

To request your cancellation and refund, send an email to comunicacao@eventoall.com.br with the subject CANCELLATION AND REFUND , containing the following information: Full name, date of birth, CPF, telephone number, amount paid upon registration, type of refund desired ("Regret", "No justification", "Health problems" or "Duplicate payment").
Attach images of proof of payment and, when applicable, a medical certificate justifying your absence from the event.

Important: The refunded amount is only for the registration fee, the convenience fee is not included in the refund.
